Symphonix Evolution does… beautiful way to get sheet music version of your MIDI score by the way. Sample Wiz also came up in as an open-in option for me, I suppose that is for assigning MIDI channel information, e.g. tuning information. But haven't confirmed that.

Oh pff, that's the one you emailed me! My bad, it's on now…
I'm still going to make that list of apps you suggested, that allow you to open a midi file inside of one app, in another, but i don't know of any others except the ones you emailed me, iRealb and NLogSynth PRO
SO IF ANYBODY ELSE WHO'S READING THIS KNOWS OF ANY APPS THAT LET YOU OPEN A MIDI FILE IN ANOTHER APP, PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT HERE!!
