Massive JamUp Pro 2.0 update arrives!

The long anticipated 2.0 update for JamUp Pro is finally here bringing loads of new features. Here’s what’s new:

  • Tone sharing to share and download artist and user presets
  • Griffin Technology StompBox support
  • 64 slot preset manager
  • New added Octave and Cry Wah effect
  • New bass expansion package
  • New boutique expansion package
  • Ultra low latency, 50% improvement
  • Phrase Sampler added undo support
  • Continuous speed adjust in iTunes JAM player

I think that this tone sharing idea is fantastic, now you’ll be able to discover and share new set ups with other players! It’s also great to see Griffin Stompbox support, however I’d much rather prefer an Alesis AmpDock for stomping because it’s a pedal board and a docked audio interface. Interfaces that use the 1/8″ headphone jack on your iDevice almost always leave you with tons of feedback if you’re doing anything with high gain. Plus, docked interfaces are much more iDevice secure than interfaces with cables hanging out of the dock, which are okay if all you’re looking to do is practicing but if you want to perform with your iDevice or use a pedal board, I’d definitely recommend the AmpDock.

JamUp Pro is currently on sale at %50 off: $9.99 from $19.99
